Of course winch launching won't be the only method to get in the air with the gliders. We now also fully simulate glider aerotows using the DR400 as a tow plane to pull any of our gliders in Aerofly FS.
The tow aircraft is a fully simulated second aircraft with it's own simulated physics and is connected to the glider via rope with a simulated weak link. The tow-plane is flown automatically and either flies a traffic pattern, or tries to avoid terrain along the flight path to tow you towards a nearby ridge.
The fully simulated physics also allow you to influence the tow plane (actio = reactio). So if you are not flying behind the tow properly you can actually pull the tail of the towplane away with the forces on the rope which can lead to a crash, like in the real world.
