The gear lever was up and illuminated in red.
Thanks for your time in making this video. Very nice. Innsbruck is a so lovely area!. Interesting to see you're using the reversers for the pushback before taxiing (I had forgotten I could do that, if noise is allowed, of course 
).
In my setup, and thanks to Jan's (Jet-Pack) recommendation, I've mapped my arrow and PGUP/PGDN keys to the move commands in AFS2 to move the pilot and copilot views inside the cockpit. I've found that moving the pilot (and copilot too if you like) view a bit down (hitting PGDN three or four times after the assignment), the Q400 panel view is far more realistic and you'll also have a better view angle for the horizon.

I doubt that. If the eye level indicator is correct, then the actual POV is correct.

Most addon designers are placing the POV at a way too low position.
IRL the cut-off angle is around 15deg for most planes which means that you can't see anything below this angle.
On the Aerofly Q400 this angle is at approx 17deg which is realistic AFAIR.
Thanks for the info. Saw the picture and still think in AFS2 the pilot's view is too way up, probably with the intention to allow us to see even more from the front cockpit window. Taking into acount the picture in the link, I'll try lowering the POV still a bit, probably one or two PGDN hits (in my setup)

You can actually adjust the seat positions of each aircraft by editing the TMD file inside each aircraft folder of the Aerofly root folder. Be careful though with this as it's easy to mess up your file. Make a backup of the original file if you want to mess with this.
I just sit up extra straight when I calibrate my position in the cockpit with the spacebar. When I slouch back down to normal sitting position I am lower in the cockpit. I do the same thing if I want my position to be further left or right.
The lazy man's solution! (And yes, I realize that fixing it via code fixes it permanently, and I still have to do my fix every time. But like I said, I'm lazy.)

That solution is a good one as well, and yes, much easier. But if you move too much doing it this way you may have some alignment issues if you switch cameras.
Is there a way to alter the min and max zoom values in the TMD file?
zoom would refer to forward and backward positions in the TMD file. So, it's not a traditional zoom but rather just places you closer(further) in your seat.
