I did everything as was said here Its here! GeoConvert Video Tutorial by luk45
Files - *.ttc
Try to move all of the files created by the geoconvert tool into its own folder (you can name it anything you want) and take it out of the scenery images folder for now (maybe place it on your desktop). There should now be no files at all in the scenery\images folder. Now try to run Aerofly FS2 again. Does it crash still with no files inside the documents\aerofly fs2\scenery\images folder?
If I delete these files from the specified folder - everything works. I wanted to add my own scenery In game, and it does not work out the whole question
OK, it seems like your problem is during your geoconvert process. Have you followed the tutorial on the wiki on how to make your scenery?
Just a recap here though, make sure that if you have more than one geoconvert area you will need to make separate files for them and place those inside your documents\aerofly FS2\scenery\images folder. They tend to overwrite one another. Your structure should look like this:
OK, you are doing this correctly with the folder structure. Now, lets take a look at how you are doing the geoconvert process. Usually problems occur in the TMC file so can you please post your TMC for the project?
Also, what steps are you doing to make your scenery.
Explain please what is TMC?
Steps to create a scenery:
1. Running FS Earth Tiles v1.03b (File FSEarthTiles.ini in the FSET directory Replaced)
settings on image:
FSEarthTiles settings.jpg
after finish tap "E"
2. Running GeoConvertHelper.exe
settings on image:
GeoConvert helper settings.jpg
3.Copy files *.tcc into folder
C:\Users\User001\Documents\Aerofly FS 2\scenery\images\tuapse
This might be an issue with the 3rd party tool (geoconvert helper), as this isn't an IPACS process I can't really assist you here.
The actual process requires you to make your own TMC file (needed for the conversion) and convert the INF files from FEST to TFW format by using the INF2TFW convert application.
The tool that you are using i'm unfamiliar with so the issue you are having might be due to this tool.

I'm understood, thank you. I will look for the problem further, and the game has a log to see why it flies?
Hi chaser13372,
as i can see on the screenshot, the configuration of GeoConvert Helper seems correct.
If it is still not working, i strongly recommend to empty all folders involved in the converting process:
Good luck
Uwe
Hi chaser13372,
as i can see on the screenshot, the configuration of GeoConvert Helper seems correct.
If it is still not working, i strongly recommend to empty all folders involved in the converting process:
- Check "Delete files from previous efforts in destination folder"
- Check "Delete files from previous efforts in '\aerofly_fs_2_geoconvert\scenery\images'"
- Manually delete all files in the FSET work folder before starting FSET
Good luck
Uwe
Does not help. It seems I'm doing something wrong.
Could you please post one of your *.aic files and the file gch.tmc?
Could you please post one of your *.aic files and the file gch.tmc?
Two files in the zip
I checked the files you have posted and they both look good.
Since your configuration looks good too and the GeoConvert Tool produces ttc files, i don't have a clue what's going wrong.
I suggest to begin from scratch with a very small low resolution area and detail level 9. If FS 2 crashes again on your system, you can send me the ttc files via email to admoore63@gmail.com.
By the way, Aerofly FS 2 never crashed on my system up to now, whatever i did.
