It's on the backside of the flight stick but that click spot is not modeled. Just go to the control settings and assign a button. 
I did assign a button for a/p disengage(not the A button) and it works perfect, thanks!
Tried it on the F15. It seems to have a different steering system because my assignment didn't make a change on her.
Jan, can we get a tad more max steering angle on the F15? It would make it more useable on smaller airports

We sure could, don't know if that is realistic though.
It's (almost) the same like on the F/A-18.
It's a dedicated nose gear steering button on the stick in the front cockpit. When pushed the 15° steering changes to the 45° maneuvering range.
But I think we already have the 45°, maybe not, I'll check and will add the high steering to the F15 then
