When I run Geohelper on large areas or highly detailed areas it just kills my computer.
So to solve it for me. I did this.
Created a shortcut, right click the shortcut and select properties, modify the target to this.
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C START "GeoHelper" /high /affinity 38 O:\aerofly_fs_2_geoconvert\FSET\GeoConvertHelper.exe
Of course change the GeoconverterHelper.exe to YOUR LOCATION, and change the 38 to select your CPUs. This sets up what CPUs the program runs on. In my case 38 sets 3, 4, 5
Core 1 is 2
Core 2 is 4
Core 3 is 8
Core 4 is 10
Core 5 is 20
Core 6 is 40
38 selects 3,4,5
