for god's sake, please Ipacs, just add a switch to choose this... your sim lacks 2 MAJOR items... as a real pilot with 30 years plus in flight, I designed Flight Unlimited III back in 1999....
1) add a shaking to instruments, panels, with sound effects... depending on runway surface, the amount of vertical speed etc.... kind of like EZdoc etc
2) better sounds !!!!
now you'll be my hero

Yes it would be nice. But they may have an unsolved question: how can the user interact with cockpit if it moves?
Otherwise, at least, sound effect would be gorgeous!

If we do it correctly then the mouse cursor or vr hands move together with the panel so that you keep hovering over the right interface even though the aircraft itself is shaking. But as you can imagine that's not that easy to program Shaking in VR is just calling for trouble

Shaking in VR is just calling for trouble
If there's a switch, it may be disabled in VR if causing troubles. Or even forced off when unsuited to VR.
IRL we rest some fingers on whatever accessible on the panel when we need to reach accurately on an instrument (e.g. softkeys) - Jan's mouse pointer trick would do that.
Cheers

OT. Remember I was very impressed with the weather/weather generator (including the water droplets) in Flight Unlimited III.
