• Hello All.

I am completely confused. I did post in Orbx as well and as there was no replies and it's hit the hay time here in NZ, I

thought I'd catch the Europeans during your day time, and hopefully have a reply when I get up in the morning.

Anyway, one person commented today when releasing officially OF2 this is for everybody but I read elsewhere where it's only

    for P3D v4 owners.

Could someone please clarify the situation as I'm not the brightest spoon in the draw. I have Aerofly SE. I do not own anything extra.

My scenery is only Orbx. Is this Direct v3.2.3.0 for me to install or not.

    With thanks for any replies.

    Jim.

  • The FTX Central application automatically downloads updates. When you load it up, there will be a message on the left side stating "Apply FTX Central Update" or something like that. This particular update makes their scenery compatible with P3Dv4.1 and does nothing else. This update has nothing to do with AFS2. However it's always important to let it update and then apply whenever you use it, so everyone who uses FTX Central will need to let it update.

  • Of course is just for P3Dv4. AFS2 has nothing to do with ORBX's ObjectFlow.

Hmmmmm.... I thought it was a form of objectflow that made the moving figures at AFS2 innsbruck possible.

  • There is possibly one kind of ObjectFlow for AFS2, but it has nothing to do with the announcement of ObjectFlow2 being out of beta at the ORBX's forums, that's what I meant it's for P3Dv4.x.

    Cheers, Ed

    ah. ;)
