Trying to use old version 1.2.6 Aerofly Pro on my laptop.

I found my old AFP CD the other day and haven't used it in years,I have to use a cable that would convert the 9 pin plug to USB,I know this works because I used it on this computer a few years ago(installed windows 10 though) anyway,I loaded the CDs and seemed to go fine but when I try to start the program I get a message saying" no opengl graphics card driver",all my drivers are up to date,what can I do if anything,my laptop is a Dell 1525.

Yes and I still get a Warning saying no openGL drivers..also it cannot find the interface..(dongle)
