Keystroke assigning for Course1/2

  • I have asked this question in other threads but never got an answer from IPACS. That's why I open now a own thread.

I cannot assign a keystroke to the course 1 and 2 in the navigation settings page (e.g. F11 for counter clockwise and F12 for clockwise turning). I mean I can assign a key but it does not work in the airplanes. For all the other (autopilot) functions (speed, heading, VS, alt) it works.

    Best regards,

    Thomas

  • Like to bring this up again. I expect an answer like, yes, we are aware, or yes, this is a bug we will correct.

up again - still not fixed. I would like to control the course with a rotary encoder as I do with hdg, alt, speed, vs (GoFlight MCP with GoFlight Keys programme).

  • Just because we're not replying doesn't mean it's not recognized. (...)

er... pardon me Jan, but yes it does, at least for forum users.

This forum is the main, if not the only communication channel with IPACS.

Without acknowledgement there's now way for users to know their request was even seen by anybody at IPACS, or got lost amid other topics (which may happen, we're human)...

Just like for radio coms on a busy frequency : lack of readback usually causes extra chatter ;)

    Cheers
