I have finished the heli tutorial in FSX and X-Plane, but it's too simplified. Any more detailed tutorial yet still suited to the newbies? Better on Youtube but text tutorial is also welcome. Thanks in advance.
Any good heli tutorial while we are waiting for R22?

Are you looking for real world tutorials or flight sim tutorials for the R-22? If you have the patience, there is a series of rw tutorials here. Not very graphic but, it is the real deal.

That's a beauty! And it make my wait for the R22 even more painful...

Watched this 1-hr intro video last night - excellent detail and insight as well as great inside/outside video during the test flight including the auto-rotation demo. I wasn't familiar with an R-22 but now I think I've been adequately prepped for the FS2 version. I now understand why it would take a lot of work to get a helicopter into a sim when you have things like clutch lights, governors, and auto-rotation.
