Noticed this floating terminal building while flying the copter. I was uncertain if it was a general area or just me, but I noticed a video from programer today covering the area and there it was: the same floating building, so here is my error report.

Have you tried the same area with OGL instead of Vulkan? I just flew over and that same building is sitting properly on the ground.

This is a bit odd. I'm not seeing this at all

Also, there are apparently two Helipads at the airport, not listed in the sim,. though they are modeled and you can land on them: https://www.miamihelicopter.com/charters/airport-transfer/
The view from what I'm provisionally assuming are Helipads:

When you started FS2, was your first flight from an area far away from Miami like Key West and then you changed your location to Miami? If so, try exiting FS2 completely and starting your first flight in the Miami area and see if the floating buildings are now on the ground.

No change..... And actually that seems to be the only building with an issue.
-
It's an old airship hangar - someone forgot to tie the airship down - and now no-one knows how to bring it down

I have the same issue. The one odd floating building. Also the new landing pad in San Francisco next to the car park/hospital, have a look at the middle/back of the hospital buildings. There's a floating roof and some roof air vents just floating there with no building under them.
