My game crashes everytimr I try to download Switzerland. I deinstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Can you help me? Or maybe give me my money back?....:( I love the game but I can’t play without my switzland map

Are you trying to use the DLC in Aerofly before the download is completed.
Are you using the Steam version?

You typically need temporary free storage space equal to the current FS2 install plus the desired scenery add-on. My iPad install is currently 10.71 GB including Southern California and Switzerland, is your iPad free storage space a bit limited right now?
I needed 10.71GB of iPad free storage to get my current Aero FS2 fitted into the tablet. It was a bit of work with my previous 32 GB iPad but it did go in and it was well worth it, Switzerland is much more interesting than the dreary desert scenery of California.
Can you temporarily transfer data such as music and photos into a computer until you get the scenery in? I think iTunes on a PC can easily accept iPad data and can put it back in afterwards. If that is not enough you could delete some apps and reinstall them later. You could also transfer material into your free cloud storage.
The IPACS people have no recent experience of iPad issues, they have not done any improvements or new material for some years.
For useful help can I suggest joining the Facebook fan group? It has a large mobile following.

Are you using the newest iOS 12? There were some FS2 issues about iOS 12 recently, you might be the first Switzerland buyer since 12 came out?
I am sticking with iOS 10.
Have you tried to remove FS2 completely and load in scenery before aircraft? I loaded up a new iPad about 18 months ago but I can't remember how it went. I notice that Switzerland is not listed in the current app store entry.
There is a help form in the support page in the FS2 app store entry. Things are really dead in this forum section.

What we recommend in this case: Exit Aerofly FS 2 by swiping it away from the screen. Remove the app from iOS, e.g. uninstall it. The turn off your iPhone completely and restart it. Redownload Aerofly FS 2 again from the App Store and try to download Switzerland again.

I did that! I does not work. Now new Aerofly released....old version still very buggy and you release a new game? Grrrrr

When I upgraded to a new iPad, I also reinstalled Aerofly. Then re-purchased the sceneries (no cost, of course).
Installing the sceneries was a bit tricky in the past as well. For me it worked best to download one after the other, when one download was finished. While downloading, I did not do anything to the ipad, just left the Screen where it downloaded.
On my new iPad, download stopped in between as well - even at 38 percent, I think. But then I just tried to fly, and when I went back, it said "installed".
In the end, it worked fine.

Yes I did, the game crashes when the download is at 80% i have enough storage free. I don’t know why it crashes.:(
