[BUG] Inaccurate throttle indicator for flight school lesson "Descend"

I believe there was a little mistake when setting the throttle indicator for the "Descend" lesson in flight school.

The task requires you to descend at 90kts, but the throttle indicator always ask you to set the throttle to idle, which leads to a lower IAS.

This results in a 2 star rating and the accuracy for airspeed is about 75%.

It's okay for me , but for those beginners, this might be a bit confusing.
