Switzerland mountain landing places update to 0.2.0

Here are the 14 new Switzerland mountain landing places, and update of some of the 6 firsts.

There is now vegetation on the grass areas, but if you don't like, you can desable it by renaming the files "map_grass.toc" in "map_grass.txt" or "map_grass1.toc" for examples, no matter the name you give.

I will probably continu with the last 20 landing places, so I would appreciate your sugestions or remarks, to try to do better.

Most of the planes with two wheels really don't like the slope, and are uncontrollable as soon as the ground is touched even at low speed. The only one who stay approximately in line is the Extra 330 which is not the best suited for this type of landing.

Like you’re a magician of aircraft setting, maybe you could do something about it, at least for the Dornier who would be the most suitable airplane.
