IMPORTANT UPDATE: Aerofly FS 2019 crash with latest update

Dear Aerofly FS 2019 users,

due to a stupid mistake on our side, the recent update we published for FS 2019 on the iOS App Store caused most iOS devices to crash right after starting.

We have located and fixed the bug and are currently doing some final testing. Once this is complete we will upload a new version to Apple.

Again, we apologise for this inconvenience this has caused.

We hope you will enjoy the new feature, that you can now operate all switches in the cockpit, that we added to Aerofly FS 2019.

On 'slower' iOS devices or iOS devices with less memory compared to the fast iPhone XS or iPad Pro, Aerofly FS 2019 uses a lower resolution for textures to stay within memory limits.

In the new update we changed the process of loading and sending textures to the graphic card, but in this process we made a mistake when uploading only partial data of the texture.

This has hopefully been fixed now.

No, unfortunately all software developers have to go through the Apple review process first, before the App is published. It's something we can't control. But we will try to send it for review today.

Well, the review at Apple can take some time. I know from my own experience times from 1 day up to about 2 weeks. This can't be further accelerated from the outside after submitting the change.

On my IPad 2018 the App crash after the take off in SFO and on other Aiports the Game works very jerky :(.

In the latest update we slightly increased the density of a few areas, if users report that they want to have higher frame rates, we will revert back to the default density with another update.

Just got the update! I am having some problems turning off the engines on the A380, A320, B737-500, B747-400, and the Learjet. I try to put the sliders to cutoff but won’t respond. The A380 works but the engines still run. Any help?

Otherwise. Amazing!
