Position Parking

  • Bonjour,

I have assigned a parking space on the .tmc file of an aerodrome and when

I launch Afs2 the aircraft is not on its location. Will I have done something wrong?

I chose the location on openstreemap and noted the coordinates.

    Merci for help

    Try this;

    <[list_tmsimulator_startposition][start_positions][]

    >

    <[list_tmsimulator_parking_position][parking_positions][]

    <[tmsimulator_parking_position][element][0]

    <[vector2_float64][position][-4.44432 48.28067]>

    <[float64][heading][100]>

    <[string8][name][Start Position #1]>

You have misspellings and you missed a bracket.

  • I made some changes, but the plane is still not in the parking lot!

Take a look at line 9, this is still wrong.

Change it to this and try again:

    1. <[list_tmsimulator_parking_position][parking_positions][]
    2. <[tmsimulator_parking_position][element][0]
    3. <[vector2_float64][position][-4.444431 48.275520]>
    4. <[float64][heading][20.0]>
    5. <[string8][name][Parking Position #1]>
    6. >
    7. >

Double check your coordinates as well otherwise you could be placing a parking spot at some other airport :)
