I’ve got a new and faster hard drive and I’d like to know how to uninstall Aerofly fs 2 from the old drive and then install it onto the new drive with all steam addons and my control settings, etc.?

Unfortunately you will have to re-download it from your source (Steam, direct, or from install disk), once Aerofly and any other DLC that you own is installed you can then copy over whatever user created items from your other drive and you will be good to go.

Is it your C: drive, or are you keeping your Windows drive and simply moving the Steam games?
If you're not re-installing Windows, you can move Steam games from one drive to another. But if you are re-installing Windows to the new drive, yes you will have to re-download and re-install again.
