I need help mapping keystrokes to my Saitek X52 Pro

Not your run of the mill AFS2 keystrokes but, a 3rd party program running with AFS2. I need to be able to use buttons on my flight stick for CRTL + SHIFT +1 and CTRL + SHIFT +7. Anyone know how to accomplish this? Thanks.

I have a gaming keyboard and it has dedicated keys for macros which is certainly an improvement over 3 keys but I would still have to take my hand off the throttle or flight stick. Thanks for the suggestion.

Their are macro programs which allow macros to be linked to any button, including Joystick buttons, I think?

One such program is "AutoHotkey"
