Need help troubleshooting AFS2 Startup

My steam version 4271037 will not start. It tries but gives up before loading the start screen. Log attached. File Integrity check says all files are OK. Everything works last night when I shut it down.

OK, selected that start mode, same result - shuts down before getting to start screen. log attached.

OK. deleted the main.mcf file and it started up with the 172 someplace in California. I will look around and start adding things back in to see if I can find the glitch.
