ATC in the F18 (auto throttle control) is not yet implemented but you can use the copilot instead.
But ATC is implemented for the trees (alpha to coverage), but I guess that is also not what you mean.
If by ATC you mean air traffic control then unfortunately not yet but there are external tools that can use on the desktop version: Afs2 rc Atc
Why does the 777 always use full reverse thrust?
On mobile the copilot determines how much reverse thrust will be applied.
I mean when I fly manually.

@YD-air&HK416: Yes, these liveries will come to iOS as well, but Apple has a christmas break, so we hope to publish this update in January 2020, so please be a little bit more patient 
What are the “in app” purchases for the new Aerofly FS2020? Which are the most popular additions? Prices?
@Jetjockey10: FS 2020 has actually only one InApp purchase, the Switzerland region. We can't give this region away for free for licensing reasons. The other InApp is a free download with more hi resolution aerial images.
Would love to see the hi res option also be a little higher res as well as it doesn't quite have the impact I was hoping for.
Any plans for further regions on mobile? Screaming out for something US east coast like NY - even if it means having to run it without clouds for performance reasons.

You can see the outside trough a little gap.

Hi - I’ve got the FS 2019 version which I love. Before I upgrade is there a tutorial or guide to how to use the interactive cockpits? Ideally I would love to reach the point where in certain of the airframes I can basically do the full flight from start to finish ie from turning on and powering up to shutting down at the gate, including nav and guidance all within the interactive cockpit. But being a bit of an idiot I can’t find anything online to guide me through how to do this. Thanks.
In the app you have the option to enable or disable the controls. It also explains how the controls work.
