When I try to start in San Francisco or in Denver, the game crashes. Does anyone else have the same problem?

No problem here. Have you tried rebooting your iPad then go straight in and try again? Are you running iOS 13? If so, also disable the widget screen if you have that docked on the left of your screen.
Still doesn’t work. I uninstalled it and installed it again and reboot the iPad.
Does it happen with all aircraft? Try the Baron or Aermacchi to see if it works. do you have the high res pack installed? What about conditions? May not have an impact but turn the cumulus cloud density down to zero as well.
No, only the airliners can't spawn there. The rest of the aircraft can. I've installed Switzerland and the High Res pack. And I've turned the cumulus cloud density down to zero.
The Wiki iPad page doesn’t mention a 7th generation GPU for your iPad, it might be some sort of oversight. If it is perhaps an older chip it might still work fine if you avoid extreme combinations such a trying the Dash 8 and complex weather and dawn/dusk and a super detailed airport and tuning in all the nav aids and having the HUD on and running a route all at the same time, 2020 seems to be very demanding.
Even so I don't use extreme weather conditions the game crashes
@Witnas: This is most likely an issue on our side. Aerofly FS 2020 put's some iPad devices in the same class as iPad Pro devices, e.g. it assume the iPad is more powerful than it actually is. This likely causes out of memory issues around complex airports. We will try to fix this issue in January 2020. We apologize for this, please be a little bit more patient until the update is out.
Thank you very much. I wish this will be fixed in January or February. Merry Christmas!
so was my iPad air 3 and the graphics frame was lower than the iPad 2018
