Dear Aerofly fs 2020 developers:
The update is amazing; I love the new liveries on A380 And B777, but the game still crashes randomly on Denver city and airport and, when it doesn’t crash, it gets laggy
. I think that the problem is caused by the performance in the Denver area and/or the cloud performance. Even so, the update is really good and the game is enjoyable.
What device are you using?
When you lower your graphics quality settings is it possible to avoid the crash?
Hello Witnas, we have purchased an iPad 7 to reproduce the issue you reported. What exactly are you doing before Aerofly FS crashes and what do you do to avoid the crash, because our iOS version does not support a graphic quality setting?
We assume it's a memory issue, because Denver and a few other places require lot's of memory and if we exceed a certain limit, Apple simply terminates iOS apps.

@Witnas: Ok, we were able to reproduce the crash. We already implemented a bug fix which we will publish in the next update.
@Bingfu: It could be that your problem is related to the same bug we found with the new iPad 2019. We will try to publish and update as soon as possible.
Witnas: It was indeed a memory issue that only happens on this iPad with the specific model number, because we identified it as an iPad Pro which has a lot more memory.
