You can shut down some of the aircraft but none of the airliners with turbo-fan engines.
For example: you can shut down the Q400 turbo-prop and the C172, Baron, King Air and others already. But not the A320, B737, B747, B777 - at least not yet.
what about the F-15, F-18, and those?
They also have jet-engines which don't yet have the full shut down simulated yet.

If you read this list top down and start to see things that you already knew from FS 2019 then you probably reached the end of the list of new FS 2020 features.
When I change the thrust setting in the cdu of the 747 and then click the button on the thrust lever, then there is always full takeoff thrust set.
Also the click spots for these two buttons are always on the same place, no matter if the thrust levers are in another position.
I'll take a look whats going wrong there.
Regarding the clickspots: I noticed that too and already fixed it internally, should be corrected with the next update.
