Hi, is there a way we can make replays longer, also when the replay gets to the end is there a way to automatically loop

it back to the beggining ao it plays again automatically?

    Thanks

How long do you need the replay to be?

It's a trade off between number of frames stored per second and total length of the replay. Otherwise the replay just grows and grows until you run out of memory which is not good.

Fair comment, what about looping the replays so they repeat until you stop them?

I can suggest it in the team but I think this should be optional. Just like you can chose to loop a youtube video but without the need for a context menu.

It would be a cool feature and would make a superb flight sim even better.

The way too low fps are IMO a major drawback of the replay function. This results in jerky movements e.g. during rapid aircraft movement and it's especially noticeable during less-than-perfect landings.

It's already a compromise because users wanted a longer replay - the length we see today.

Hey, Jan. What is the length of the replays as they are now, about 5 minutes or so? Just wondering.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure what the exact time it. Just let it run and compare the UTC time before and after.

I was able to store 9 minutes of replay once I tested it. I have not tested that further and do not know if that is less a time issue than a question of storage size, so stops when the storage size is reached which would occur faster in dense areas. Btw a very nice feature for VR as someone else can enjoy a flight, e.g from the copilot seat, the cabin or the backseat of a fighter.

    Best regards,

    Thomas
