In aerofly Fs 2019 KSFO had these lights
But they are no longer there in aerofly fs 2020
is this a glitch, if so please fix as this brings more realism to the airport scenery

Do you mean the lights on tall masts? My iPad Pro 2020 has them. Perhaps you have an iPad that has been automatically given the equivalent of medium or low graphics in Android graphics settings? My last iPad got automatic graphics downgrades as it got older and Aero got better, at least its speed didn't drop off. 2020 is more demanding. The core cockpit and navigation features don't seem to change in my Android phone with Aero graphics settings, I think big airport gates and parked planes change.
