Free DLCDownload from steam does not start

Hi, Im a newbie

I bought FS2 from te simmarket and want to download the free DLC from Utah.

However the download wont start.

Does this only works when FS2 is bought from steam?

Can not believe that simmarket sells FS2 and do not give support
