I started this project https://gitlab.com/stochmal/aerofly-fs2 and works pretty well already. Nice to see how in-game scenery compares to Google satellite images.

Hello Thomasz,
a great idea. for which i was waiting quite a long time to be written for AFS2.
Can you help me?
The program seems to run (after I modified the batch file to explicitly call python 2,7 insted of 3.7:
However I can not find the 'flight.kml', at least not in the directory where main.py is located.
I first started AFS", then your tool , then GEpro.

Hi stochmal
First of all, welcome to this Forum
Second, if it is not too much to ask: could you upload a video (even a short one) in this Forum in which we can see, what I think you say can be seen? I await it with real interest.
If what I am thinking is true, I think you would bring a real revolution to this Simulator.
I am looking forward to that new contribution of yours.
Kind regards: Delfin

Yes, that's a great idea. Can it run networked (i.e. AeroflyFS2 on Main machine and GE on a Client)?
Kind regards, Michael

start flying as program needs data to generate file then you can find it in the same folder - I am having lots of fun flying with extra view in Google Earth

Anything is possible as you have access to source code in main.py

if mobile can broadcast to PC network then in theory it's possible to track on PC

No offence intended but why would anyone do this? Does'nt Map view do the same thing?

The best I could get on my mobile to PC was the FSWidgets Gmap

Thanks for posting the video clip Stochmal but on my machine the large screen is like watching a slide show with very low frame rates. Makes me wonder about the upcoming release of the alleged all other flight sim killer MSFS. I do not think that will displace AFS2 in my opinion.
