Thanks for posting the video clip Stochmal but on my machine the large screen is like watching a slide show with very low frame rates. Makes me wonder about the upcoming release of the alleged all other flight sim killer MSFS. I do not think that will displace AFS2 in my opinion.
Try to set Fly-To-Speed to maximum in Goggle Earth under Tools/Options...
My machine is i7-6700K CPU, 16GB of RAM, 1TB SSD and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 and so everything runs pretty well with spare cpu cycles.
