While everyone patiently awaits the upcoming release of the Eurocopter EC135, I wanted to provide you with some teasers and a quick update letting you know that we are finishing up under the hood and she will be in your hangar shortly. But until then, enjoy a few screenshots showing the detail that was put into her.

Beautiful!
Looking forward to it!
My only complaint is those high skids, most of them flying around have low skids.....
Hope there will be a paintkit for this one and the R22 in the future?
-
Come on, bring it baby, bring it......

Looking
good!GREAT!! -
A paintkit for the EC135 would be great. We would love to apply some Hawaiian liveries on it.
-
Awesome news!

Looks amazingly good, if flight dynamics are developed with the same care and understanding as your venerable R22, this helicopter will drive rotary wing sim-pilots to AFS2 in droves!! Hoping also for the option of cold and dark - or not, for quick spurts of hovering delights!!!

Team ipacs could upload a video of how to start this wonderful aircraft? It would be nice to upload a tutorial so users can use that beautiful helicopter story the days ... No simulator has a helicopter as sophisticated as this E135 congratulations 👏👏👏👏👏🚁

Looks awesome! can't wait.

This is Berlin's rescue helicopter "Christoph 31", an EC135 P2. The air rescue service in Berlin has been in existence since 1989 and the EC135 has been in service since 2012.
And this is Gary Dean McKinney, one of the three pilots. In 1989 the 47-year-old American with Vietman experience joined Omniflight and still flies the rescue missions today. It's a great achievement.

And here it is in-game
-
Nice Jeff. When will we see it in game on our pc?
-
Some real life EC135 pilots from Helicopter Flight Simulation (Facebook group) are involved in tweaking the flight dynamics since a day or so now....That will take some time, happy to wait for good flight dynamics.

Hi Ray,
the EC135 is in the shop being buffed and polished for release but keep in mind, the alpha 'bug removal' is also taking place at the same time so the EC135 could be slightly delayed. Just to put it into perspective the goal was to have it released by the end of this week but the alpha could push that by a couple of days.

Anxious I like helicopters especially the fastest ones.

Dear Aerofly FS users,
we are finally ready to present to you the latest addition to our fleet, the EC135 helicopter in a beta version. You may ask, why don't you officially release it? While it's already in a very accurate, complete and enjoyable state, we intend to further tweak some parameters to make the EC135 just as perfect as the R22.
We are currently working together with real pilots and try to incorporate their feedback to futher optimize the flight model. So just keep in mind, the EC135 is still a work in progress.
Please also keep in mind, it's a beta version. So you may find bugs here and there. Especially our new navigation feature with selectable departures and approaches needs some more tuning, so we would appreciate your feedback here.
As of know the public available Steam channels 'alpha' and 'beta' currently contain the same builds. If you want to opt out of this beta version, switch back to the 'default' channel again.
