The FPS for me used to be 60 but now after this update something changed. Now I’m at 30 to 20:( Not sure why.
If any soul knows about what can be changed in my settings on my Ipad 2019 to get back at 60 frames per second then please tell me:)

The current iOS version of the EC135 helicopter uses quite a bit of CPU power, we will improve that in a future update.
In general something changed.
I remember that after the Aerofly FS2020 release on ipad, my ipad got to 30 instead of 60FPS. It’s strange because it’s not just in the FS2020 version but also in 2019 and the FS 2 sim that my fps is awfully bad. I hope it gets better.
If anyone have suggestions for settings I could try, then that will be very helpful!
Are you on iPadOS 14?
Do you have any idea of what happened with my fps?
There is the conspiracy theory(?) of Apple allegedly tuning down devices of a certain age (new Apple purchase ‘entitlement’) hypothesis, perhaps device ageing is a bit more concrete, my 3 yr old iPad pro is starting to seem a bit creaky.
Is your device performance at full power with other demanding apps?
Nope. I’m not running at 60fps like on my Iphone XR...
I have absolutely no idea how to get that smooth gameplay back. Any ideas to what I could turn off or on in Settings on my ipad?

Turn frame rate limit off.
I have it off. I still don’t get 60fps:(

Ah ok. This is why my “iPad A320” is getting hot after a few use.

I noticed that with my iPhone XR or 12 Pro the definition is lower (blurry) than with the iPad Pro. Maybe that you have a high frame rate with iPhone but a low definition and lower frame rate with iPad but better definition!
I'm an android user but I also have the same issue. Before the EC-135 helicopter update, I'm getting like 40-60 fps but now I only get like 30. My guess is because they added more details in the scenery, like ground vehicles for example, which is affecting the fps...
I’m on my iPhone XR. I get 60 FPS and it’s clear as day, no bluriness. As admin said, it could be due to the CPU Usage, but I don’t think an iPad 2019 would struggle with that. Some ground vehicles are slightly different, but other than that, my device runs the game exactly like before the update.
Be sure to check that there are no other apps in the background. If there is you can also turn off background app refresh in your iOS Settings
iPad Pro 11-inch 2018 VS iPhone 12 Pro 2020
A320 v20.20.21
I’d say there’s no longer difference between very powerful devices.
