Dear iPacs, thanks for fixing the download issue on regions and for the fantastic sim! When you get around to it I would love to see landing lights implemented. I know they are there but I don't seem to notice any difference as far as lighting the runway goes. This would add another level of realism to this fantastic simulator. Thanks
Landing Lights

Definitely a good suggestion, especially for navigating airports at night

And seeing the taxiway

Maybe he should add a more realistic Sound ...
There is just a little difference to the 20’ Vision of AF ...
I can do more for the price 😁
-
Yes! This needs to be added. I will love to see the reflection of the strobe lights during night time. It’s pretty cool how they have the landing light illuminate the engines

But I feel that lights require a powerful compute...

I don't think so .. Simple games like rfs reflect light on the excellent track .. And most are simple devices
-
I'm not familiar with Ipacs render engine, but this type of light effect is generally inexpensive to reproduce

No estoy familiarizado con el motor de renderizado de Ipacs, pero este tipo de efecto de luz es generalmente económico de reproducir.

I used X-P.... in the past for mobile and although it cannot compare to Aerofly they get the lights right...It should be possible and I hope it comes in the future.

yes Yes, I often fly in the afternoon.

Yes, the RFS lighting works well, and it's a small game, I don't think it requires a lot of math.Unless the aerofly will have dynamic lighting, similar to light reflection.

Finally, someone mentioned this problem, I sent an email to the official feedback from six months ago,Airport lighting, taxiway lighting, aircraft lighting, Boeing 777 using Airbus white strobe lights. The lights on the Boeing 777 are in the wrong position. Hopefully these problems can be fixed soon.

RFS is a small game with low quality graphics. So yes for them, the light calculations must be easy. Same with X-Plane, on mobile they are not really amazing, especially with the A320. And it’s completely impossible for Infinite Flight to have lights because they preferred to integrate Apple subscription system instead of the Metal Apple Low level graphics system.
Remember AFS2019, we had shadow and lights projections inside the cockpit. Sorry, but it wasn’t that good. Today with the latest AFS2020 and with AFS2021 they are using an excellent trick to light the cockpit. Finally it’s quite better, but they suppressed the shadows and lights projecting.
I think it’s hard to calculate for a device if you want quality. And IPACS wants quality, thanks.
But lights would be gorgeous anyway

I suggest you go to check RFS lighting lighting to evaluate, daytime sunlight reflection and night lighting nature is not the same, aerofly is an offline game.Don't always think that other games are small games will be poor quality. It is precisely because RFS is a small game only to highlight some of its more prominent aspects, you have played RFS it?
-
you have played RFS it?
Oh yes I did a lot and a lot. And Airline Commanders too. I liked them for their user friendly piloting. But today I quite prefer the reality of Aerofly and their hi res.

But at present, aerofly's light display is very poor, For a night flight. Landing without guiding lights and lighting equipment is quite bad.

Jet-Pack (IPACS) When will the light display be modified? For an intercontinental flight that likes to take off in the evening and land late at night, the light display is indispensable. Now, I don’t have taxi guide lights after landing. You can't even see the parking space. This is so unfriendly.

Jet-Pack (IPACS) will their be other city that will have city lights like Denver?
Just imagine the city lights at KMIA or EGLL 😍

Yes, maybe developer will add for iOS if it's capable to handle. Idk about android
