How realistic compared to the desktop version are the R22 and EC135?
are the mobile version helicopters realistic?

They use the exact same flight model and aircraft physics simulation on desktop and mobile as far as I know. There is a bit of assistance on mobile that controls the tail rotor, which is optional on the desktop version.
To fly the helicopters realistically you need a good hardware controller setup as well, which you can only connect to a desktop computer.

yeah, I use a gamepad, and still can't stay in one spot even with the easier EC135
