With the A320. When programming the flight plan from zero, sometimes it misses some SIDs. It often misses STARs. Or when selecting a SID or a STAR it selects another.

Taking off from Milan Malpensa LIMC airport to Manchester EGCC from runway 35L, the SID NELA5C is totally ignored by the plane as well as the rest of the route. Tested with A320 and Boeing 777
I kind of had the same thing but also slightly different - set up a flight from Nice to Paris CDG, AF A320 and after getting past Marseille it didn’t make the turn north towards Lyon/Paris, just kept flying into open water 😞

In previous version SIDs could be ignored too. With this version, it's very often.
It also happens with STAR but it's a very few.

Please give us as many examples as you can. We need to find out why it's happening so we can fix it.

ILS, I think they are all inverted! And almost all “interceptable” at 5 NM.
