I think spoilers is the technical term while airbrakes describes the function.
They are mostly the same but some spoilers are not used like airbrakes and rather like ailerons (some don't even have ailerons like the F-14 Tomcat if I remember correctly)

Depende dos aviões? Alguns têm spoilers e outros freios aerodinâmicos, mas ter ambos é único?

Spoilers are placed on the wing where they can spoil the lift. They are typically hinged surfaces on airliners. They create drag and decrease lift.
Airbrakes are a more general drag surface, for example on the underside of the MB339 fuselage or on the rear of the F18 and F15.
Some planes have spoilers on the wing and airbrakes under the fuselage or on the tail section.
Any spoiler is also an airbrake. Just ask yourself if the surface on the wing reduces the amount of lift when it is deflected, i.e. does air flow over it and can detach from the wing surface? Is it deflected together with ailerons? Does it extent after touch down?
