We've published a new tutorial on our Aerofly FS website which goes over the start process of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner from a cold and dark state all the way to the takeoff state.

There are several tutorials on aerofly.com which already use this format. It's in addition to the wiki which has in depth tutorials that can be exported as PDF for example.
