Good Morning. Do you have the Learjet 45 cold and dark tutorial? Here in the forum I only found a tutorial on the autopilot of this aircraft. I would like to know how to start the engines from scratch. Thanks.

The Learjet tutorial amongst others are still in the wiki: https://www.aerofly.com/dokuwi…u.php/aircraft:learjet_45
Unfortunately I think this tutorial comes from a time where there was no cold and dark yet.
But the engine start is quite simple really, just push the engine starter buttons in the pedestal and move the thrust levers from cut off to idle.
When we have a bit of free time we'll move all of that over to our website.

Jet-Pack (IPACS) is there a way to see how long you have left of a flight on the 787? Like an ETA.

Eventually you'll be able to see that in the progress pages (PROG button). But that is not finished yet.
You can the straight distance to any waypoint if you use the FIX page and insert the identifier. If you enter your destination ICAO code then it should show bearing and distance information.
For the exact distance you can also check the flight information at the top of the screen where you can see the distance remaining for your route.

Thank you very much. I wrote down everything that was taught in this video. I don't understand any German but I managed to identify how the complete activation of this aircraft is done.🤝🏽🙂

No problem! Sooner or later (if I have enough time) I’ll continue making videos and I want to even do full flights. Does anybody know how live-streaming works?
Sem problemas! Mais cedo ou mais tarde (se tiver tempo) continuarei fazendo vídeos e quero até fazer voos completos. Alguém sabe como funciona a transmissão ao vivo?
There is an app called turnip that does live streams. You can find it on playstore. Download it and then set it up to start your live streams. I use this app on my channel. If you want to subscribe to my channel, the name is Beto McFly. Just search YouTube's search box and you'll find it.

Is it also available on iOS?
Também está disponível no iOS?
I can't tell you if it's available for iOS. Have to check. So far I've only seen turnip available for Android.
Dear Jet-Pack (IPACS)
For an instant, I believe that it was possible to clear gaps between STAR and APPROACH (in certain case) . I know it is like this in real world but I would really care for a cheat that virtually links the end of the STAR to the beginning of the APPROACH.
Thanks
Between arrival and approach there might be a manual segment (or ATC vectors). I don't think these are the same discontinuities as the other ones internally because they are hard coded parts of the arrival/approach.

I confirm that these "discontinuities" are not shown as -- F-PLN DISCONTINUITY -- in the MCDU. Previous versions (when STAR/SID appeared) naturally linked STAR to APPROACH. So I was hoping for a cheat as an option that links them or not. It would be nice to perform a brainless arrival.
For some reason, many of the STARS do not connect with any APPROACHES. Many times I leave the APPROACH blank so the NAV will connect the STAR to the runway. Other times I leave it alone and just fly using heading mode when close to the VOR or ILS.
In my opinion this is a bug and I know about it since the 2021 version of Aerofly. When you come across these discontinuities, you activate the HDG mode on the autopilot panel and at the same time keep an eye on the ND screen to see the direction you are heading. After crossing the entire discontinuity, activate the LNAV function for the plane to return to the route and complete the approach procedure. I do this when the STAR and approach procedures don't connect. As I explained if you use the HDG mode it is possible to get around this bug easily. I've done this several times on the Aerofly 2022 and it's always worked.

I also tried other approaches because sometimes they connect each other.
I also clear the STAR and remake it waypoints by waypoints.
This discontinuity bug is represented by an interruption in the pink line that represents the route elaborated on the navigation screen of the simulator. As I explained in the previous post, it is possible to avoid this bug by activating the HDG function so that the plane does not leave the route. After completing the route of the discontinuity, you must activate the LNAV function so that the aircraft resumes following the route. If you are very close to the destination airport and if the approach is ILS, keep the HDG function engaged and adjust the heading according to the final approach course. After intercepting the course, you must activate the approach function so that the plane captures the locator and the glide slope and thus automatically aligns with the runway.

Yes. Like it has to be done in real life (ATC gives vectors).
But, without ATC, a cheat that fills the gap would be appreciated for those who want to use it.
At Salt Lake City the gap can easily be of 20 or 30 NM wide before intercepting the localizer.
You can also use the bearing to a point in PROG page of the MCDU to determine the exact HDG to select.
Sim.
Got it. You are correct in your explanation. I always use the HDG function to avoid this route discontinuity bug. Not always the star procedures will connect to the approach procedures so I found this way to avoid this bug through the HDG function of the autopilot.
