How to keep a320 cruising at max mach speed？

You dont need to cruise at max speed.Normally you fly at 32000-36000 ft and a speed of mach 0.78.The Airbus dint let you fly this with out overspeed because this speeds are not for Airliners.

Mach 1.0 is well above the certified maximum mach number and is also highly inefficient to fly due to the very high drag.
Mach 1.0 equaly the speed of sound. Mach 2.0 is 2x speed of sound and Mach 0.5 is 50%
