We recommend having a dedicated graphics card with 2GB or more VRAM. I'm not sure if the intel graphics chip has enough "oomph", I'm not too familiar with these new chips. Ideally you want a graphics card with Vulkan support and OpenGL 4.5+ support. It may be able to run Aerofly FS, in the end Aerofly can run very efficiently. But it might not be possible to run on max graphics quality. The upcoming Aerofly FS 4 is a bit more demanding because of literally hundreds of thousands of buildings and trees, if not millions, so more VRAM (4GB) can't hurt.

Is this Laptop good for fs4.

I think that should be enough but don't just buy it because I said that. It's always good to look up some benchmark tests for that graphics card.
EDIT: For comparison, I have a GTX 1660 Ti that works well with Aerofly FS 4. So the slightly smaller 1650 should still be ok.

I recommend you a RTX graphics card, in addition, desktops are much cheaper than laptops.
