The Q400 HUD brightness-knob is inoperative. Nighttime approaches using the HUD are visually difficult without the ability to reduce the brightness. Please fix, when able. Thank you. 😺

I think. You can set the brightness of the mobile phone and some parameters.

Unfortunately, setting the phone brightness effects everything…including the brightness of the runway lights. You need to be able to dim the HUD display parameters.

Yes we needed option to dim the hud and make it semi transparent, especially when landing at night
