I’m wondering if the take off roll is simulated correctly in Aerofly. In comparison to xyz plane where the B738 takes quite a lot of runway before it takes off. I always feel in Aerofly the B747, B735 and the other planes seem to take off and also stop too quickly. I’m also comparing this to when I actually fly a passenger. I actually enjoy the take off and landing much more when the plane doesn’t take off or stop on landing too quickly.

In Aerofly the aircraft are below maximum landing mass. Particularly the long range aircraft can load 20 or 30% more mass as fuel which obviously makes the takeoff distance longer. If we increase the mass of the plane then the takeoff distance automatically gets longer so that is fully simulated. What is not yet possible is to easily increase the load from within with a menu.

“not yet“ you said😏

I wonder, is it possible to enter fuel mass using the FMC, and does this have a practical effect such as increasing take off distance for heavier loads?

Like in the real world you can enter anything into the FMC but it doesn't have an impact on actual performance. That is just a hack that add on developers use for other flight sims.

As we all know, this is a soulless FMC
