This screenshot shows that the ILS approach is set and that the plane can't find the ILS signals. I have installed the latest update. Have I done any thing wrong?
Auto-Tuning ILS Frequencies

After the last Update You have to uninstall the Game completely and then reinstall it. Then it should work again (Android).
With IOS I unfortunately don't know.
-
Thank you! I will try that

Eu tentei com diferentes aeroportos e aeronaves.
Ative a opção de ajuste automático no menu de configurações e este problema será resolvido.

Thank you for the device! It worked when I reinstalled the app.

How many times must the frequency XXX.X5 MHz and XXX.5 Khz PERSISTENTLY UNFIXED bug be brought to the fore?
KLAS 25L ILS is 111.75 THAT IS it ends in .X5 SO Aerofly gets it wrong, it is wrong on the nav page info and it seems wrong in autotuning. It is NOT 111.80.
If you want it done right do it yourself, look it up on line AND ALWAYS check the navaid's identification in flying the sim. The electronic displays should show 'ILSE' or perhaps 'LSE' for that navaid. We are simulating responsible safe procedures so Don't Asssume, Check. There was no ILSE ident in William's picture.
We still do not have light aircraft and B737-500 audio idents. Navaid idents are important in real life and in the sim. Miss them and a real life examiner would fail you.

Thank you for mentioning that. I was not trying to simulate a realistic approach. I wanted to quickly show that no matter what I did, the plane wouldn't receive any ILS signals. I know that the frequencies are outdated and inaccurate, but it should still work since the plane gets its frequencies from the same source as the nav page do. It would still not recieve any signals if I would choose the updated and accurate frequency. Anyway, the problems went away when I updated and reinstalled the simulator.

For my first time ever I tried the assistance and the assistant did not dial in the correct ILS frequency or set the pressurisation landing altitude or set a sensible cruise altitude. If you want it done right - do it yourself.
2nd time around I dialled in the correct ILS frequency. See the IRLE ident in the top left of the attitude display. This is with the redownload.

Thank you for the explanation!😀

I'm reinstalling now. And I discovered this includes all the scenery packs! 😫. (I'm on a slow wifi connection here).
Should this solve the auto tuning of ILS freq problem ?

If you are reinstalling the latest Android version the problems should be solved. Unfortunately you may have to reinstall the scenery.

You have to activate the auto tuning option in the settings so that the ILS frequencies are automatically entered into the radio panel or the FMC of the plane.

The bug in the auto tuning option that inserts the ILS frequencies automatically in the radios and FMC panel of the planes has been fixed. I can't understand what kind of ILS problem you guys are having here. Here for me everything is normal.

Did that - like I said - but it will not correct wrong frequencies, 'Aerofly 111.80' will not do if it should be 111.75. It seems that auto/assistance/co-pilot/blind trust Aerofly cannot handle VHF frequencies ending in 5 hundredths of a MHz or NDB frequencies ending in a tenth of a KHz. Some are simply just way off.

ok, thank you👍

Does this just tune for ILS approaches? If I was flying in the Cessna heading to a VOR that I manually dialled in and then went flew near an airport would it then autotune to the ILS if I was within a certain range?
Or would it tune into VOR's automatically as well?
-
I think you need to set an ILS approach using the Navigation Menu for the autotuning to work.

That makes sense, thankyou. I'll keep on tuning manually and adjust by 0.05 either way if I get nothing
