I've downloaded all the dlc, but dlc is still there after I update my aerofly, but go to the download interface and tell me to download it for free.

If you have purchased the in-app purchases then the button shows download for free if you have not installed them. After an update this may also be the case to inform you of a free update to those DLCs. What happens if you just download it again?
