It's difficult in mobile because the livery path is in the obb files of Aerofly, and you need to extract it to put your livery into. I already tried, but it doesn't work and it will cause instant crashes and freezes. To be able to eventually put livery in mobile, maybe IPACS needs to put them in the assets_core file, which is more accessible already, and they also need to work on it, so it's pretty hard.
