P38 Lightning Cannot Be Started

Hello,

I have encountered a problem with the P38. When starting the aircraft, the "pitch trim" and "inc prop" levers cannot be moved so the engines cannot be moved from start to idle RPM. I think they have low oil pressure, but when throttled up, thrust will move to start rpm by itself. Can these switches be made to move?

This should be fixed with the next version. It should already fixed on the PC version.
