i want to know that if i put values For example ZFW fuel or GW are these values in boeing fmc in LBS or in KGS Bcuz i plan my fuel on simbrief in KGS not in LBS so just want to know what unit does fmc uses

This depends on the aircraft and what option the operator has set in the FMC as default. At the moment some aircraft use pound but the majority uses metric units.

If you look at the FMC page it should usually show the unit of fuel somewhere. On the aircraft screens it usually also shows the unit right next to the fuel quantity.
