This page is used for backup if both CDUs fail. As far as I know it's not used in daily operations. The same knobs in the 737 NG are also not yet implemented for the same reason. You can set all these values in the CDU.

The cursor control knobs are mostly used for maintenance pages. Again not something we really plan on implementing. That's why this knob has no real use yet.
