Set the transparency of the controls to high. It's not completely gone but it's better than nothing 🖖

I have already done that but it would be nice if we could completely remove them with an option in the settings menu
Jet-Pack (IPACS) would this be possible?

Well it wouldn't work for many double-knobs like the one shown in the screenshot, then you wouldn't know where to put the finger...

I've been playing for a long time so I think I could still use it like that please consider it
