It would be theoretically yes, but practically it depends on the polycount and the texture resolution. For example: you can render 8k textures or 4K textures easily in PC with powerful Graphics cards. But, you can’t do them in mobiles (especially android (even with a powerful chipsets). IOS doesn’t have much problem to this)

What are the design application (s) necessary to resume development and what file types are this model structured from? I would love to continue development myself if possible.
