Works just like in the real world, yes.

The info shows that only one autopilot is currently being used, even though you selected two. When both NAV receivers are set to the same ILS frequency and the same course is set then this caution goes away below about 1000ft or so. Then the system is in the auto-land configuration.

Edit: But it looks like the G/S indication on the right MFD isn't correct, it should be at the right edge of the screen, not the center.
