Development Teaser: A350 work in progress

I know that, I was just using the A321 as an example of why smaller variants can also be used for larger variants
If the plane is bigger it's easier to scale it down by removing parts of the fuselage to make it smaller but if the plane is a smaller version they have to make a whole new section to add it to the plane to get the target length which is why IPACS makes the larger variants of the aircrafts the a350k is 7 meters longer the the a359 but I'm stil hoping they add the a359 first
-
A321 is a longer version and more popular then the A319 we already have alot of short range aircrafts the a321 is medium range which is why I think they made the a321 over the a319
I know that, I was just using the A321 as an example of why the "larger variant first then shorter variant" rule doesn't really make sense. If they were really following this logic, we would have had an A319 instead of an A321

But the problem is that we never get the shorter variants, the 787-10 is already 2.5 years old and the 777-300ER 4.5 years old. At this point, woudn't it be easier just adding the most popular one instead of the larger one, and that's it?

An A35K would not be ideal. We haven't seen any shrunken variants yet so I don't trust that an A359 would ever be made based off of a -1000, so making a -900 first would be preferable.

My fear is that if -900 is made first and then later users want the -1000. It would be disregarded just like with Infinite Flight. I mean we have never had -1000 on any sim (I know RFS has theirs but I could care less about them). The better solution make both variants instead of just one.

I don't know what IPACS likes to make or how they decide to make it but we will probably get them someday hopefully

Like the users that want the shorter variants aren't disregarded. But I agree, finishing additional variants before adding whole new planes is the best choice

Can you give us another small Clue Jan ? I think it's the 220

I'm thinking more of the a359 and hope that it is but I'd be happy with anything another teaser would definitely help
-
I think it's an Embraer E195 E2
-
I hope it will be an Embraer because we don't have that aircraft manufacturer yet. And this type of aircraft is currently very popular with airlines.👍🖖. ldbo
yes Embraer is a great aircraft, the e-jets helped a lot in the advancement of small narrow-body aircraft, the e-jats are so good that they were certified for steep approaches at the restricted London City Airport
-
Or any midsize 737 (-800, MAX
I don't think we need 800 and max 8 anytime soon. If there were 707, 717, 727, 757, 767 it would be great. I hope that the developers will add all the main models of Boeings and Airbuses (Airbus A220, A300, A310, A330, A340, A350.. and maay be A400M... And cute A318)

Wdym we dont need a 737-800 "anytime soon"? Its by far the most popular variant of the 737 (or any boeing aircraft), the A318 is the plane that we don't actually need

I agree. I've flown on dozens of -800s and an A318 once, so perhaps this conveys the lack of popularity of the type. Not to mention that there were very few operators. If anything, a 319 would be nice.
-
Wait what if it's an a340 I just compared some pictures of the teaser to some a340 pictures maybe I'm tweaking but it does kinda match
-
I hope it's not another large plane...

I hope it's not another large plane...
Also, I hope it's at least an A220 or Ejet

exactly one Embraer E190 E2 or Airbus A220-300
